Pacquiao should not be asking for a title shot at 145 but at 147

Pacquiao should move up to 147 if he really wants to fight for the WBO title of the 147, he should move to 147 and that's it. You don't see Kelly Pavlik defending his WBO and WBC belts in a catch weight of 158, or you don't see Andre Berto defending his WBC at 145, or Shane Mosley defending his WBA at 145, you guys get my point. Come on people since when a title holder have to go below his weigh class to defend his title, there are rules. Its just like Cotto said to El Nuevo Dia of Puerto Rico, that Valcarcel is just looking to get the sanction fee, ("es una insistencia de Valcárcel en busca del cobro del ‘sanction fee’"). It's all about the money for Valcarcel. Moreover, if Pacquiao really wants to win his 7th title he should fight for it the legit way, he already fought with Oscar De La Hoya in 147, why not with Cotto. To be consider the 147 champ you have to fight at 147 not at 145 and that's the truth.
