Kotelnik and Prescott are coming off the same position, they've both been exposed and defeated, whereas Maidana and Khan are just rebounding from losses to Kotelnik and Prescott respectively, if anything Kotelnik should face Prescott and Khan should face Maidana, with the winners facing each other. And by the way boxrec's ratings are ****, everyone knows that.
