I don't think the weight will affect Cotto AT ALL, he came into his last fight at 146. With that said, I still believe a weight drained Oscar can take a better shot than a healthy Cotto. I think most of you all will agree.

Since DHL's career is over I think the answer to this is yes absolutely. Cotto has been put down a few times, I don't remember DLH ever going down from a head shot.

He's been down very early in his career, but never seriously hurt like Miguel was in the Torres fight or even the Corley fight.

I was impressed however with how well Cotto was able to handle Mosley's power early in the fight. There were a couple of times where Miguel appeared "momentarily stunned", but he fought back and hit Shane hard enough to stop any momentum.

We won't know until fight night to be honest.

The difference is this fight is Cotto will be able to dish Pacquiao punishment back where De la Hoya was just a sitting target for Pacquiao.

So you can't assess Cotto's chin by watching his previous fights?

Cotto couldn't even avoid slow ass Tony's punishment. Cotto has gotten hit and hit a lot, by slower fighters than Pacquiao.

I see people doing it again. Saying that Manny can't hurt Cotto because he wasn't able to drop Oscar. Oscar's chin is better than Miguel's, get that through your thick skulls.

No one KO ODLH on the chin. Even TIto Trinidad or Mosley cant.

but Pac box better than ODLH.

If ODLH didnt quit it may have been a KO.
