This is a thought. I know everyone thinks Mayweather will be the more obvious choice. I dont think that Pacquiao / Mayweather will be made due to money negotiations. But, If Pacquiao beats Cotto {a legitimate title holder a WW} That will put him in for a shot at the WW #1top spot. SSM wants the fight already. This is all based on weather or not Mosley wins his next fight as well.
Reguardless of who...If Manny becomes the #1 WW in the world he will make and deserve the higher %.
