I know mate. It helps you step back if you remember that half of them are silly little teenagers just trying to get a rise out of you.

I Watched Eastmans performance and it reminded me of his fight with Joppy years before. He has not improved as he stated and by any stretch he has not gained competeive experience since the Joppy fight. That is the major problem with British boxers, there are few world class fighters to compete against over there. They just dont get it...there are no shortcuts when it comes to world class opposition and experience.

You say that Hopkins is the best p4p out there, and yet he embarrassed Eastman..well if he is the best p4p that would be expected. Howard for all his heart is a one paced and limited. You hear very few brits saying eastman would win. I predicted a wide UD to Nard. Be nice to see if he could handle Joe C someone with real power though outside his weight. (tho i quesiton calzaghe's love for the game at this juncture but still would be an interesting fight).

Secondly the fight wasnt that wide, check two of the judges scorecards it was hardly a massacre was it. And newsfalsh Tito and Oscar were both beaten inside the distance, this wasnt as wide as the fight against Allen. Really half a decade you cant have watched BHOP much lately can you?

Thirdly you seem to encompass the whole european scene on this one fight which is blatently ****** and shows a distinct lack of respect and knowledge.

Do some research there are some good fighters on fringe world class out there and you also fail to recognise Junior witter dumping Ndou on his arse twice something that neither Cotto not Mitchell could do.

that was on the same card mate, surely if you are going to say things like is that the best you have, then you would have watched the undercard as well as the main event.

          oops!

here some world class brtis alone to make ya think!

Hatton V Kostya for the universally accepted as linear light Welter champ

Woods V Hoye IBF light heavy champ.

Brodie v Chi last year twice. brodie can come again if he drops to S-bantam (where wayne mccullough is also looking to secure a rematch with larios)

          Harrison - WBO feather champ

Nelson - WBO cruiser champ and avoided like the plague by other champs.

David Barnes may well work his way up to meaningful shot this year and is one to watch at welterweight.

Joe Calzaghe universally accepted as super middle number one.

Junior Witter now being lined up to fight Gatti

          Esham pickering European Bantam champ

          Nicky Cook european feather champ.

Carl Froch up and coming prospcet with real venom in his punches at super middle.

Carl Thompson the old warrior still out there and would give any of the top ten a decent nights work at Cruiser.

Enzo Macc, agian cruiser weight with real power and look for him to emerge in the next year as a world force.

Wayne Alexander looking to secure a title shot against Daniel Santos

As you can see, the british scene is flourishing and no we dont need to put all our hopes on Amir Khan, what we do have to put our hopes into is more intelligent reporting than above as to the true state of the game.

thank you and no offence intended. I just dont agree.

P.S. I thought Vitali K the number one heavy in the flagship division was from Europe? Silly me.

LETS HAVE ALOK AT THE UNIVERSALLY ACCPETED NUMBER ONES IN THE DIVISIONAND SEE HOW MANY ARE FROM THE US. NUFF SAID. :

so in fact you have 5 independently ranked champs out of 16.
hardly a clean sweep in fact your great rivals Mexico have claim to be more dominant.
          Wrong. But, nice try.
