I've actually been saying this for a while ; if Manny elects to stand with Floyd he will get "Gatti'd" in the pocket by him. No doubt in my mind about that at all.
Assuming of course the fight ever happens.
Most likely Manny will fight in spurts, and in a darting fashion like he always does though.
Regardless, I see Floyd TKO'ing him.Comment

First of all, in respect to Gatti i would'nt use his name associated with a term "beatdown"
Anyways, Manny isn't dumb to allow Floyd hit him at will
Pac will fight smart
i think you're underestimating his defense a little bit
not as great as Floyd, but i can say he had a decent one at leastComment

Defensively ; I'm impressed with the recent improvement he's shown in head movement, and I'd like to see a lot more of it in the future.First of all, in respect to Gatti i would'nt use his name associated with a term "beatdown"

Offensively ; it's the devolpment of his right hand.
But Pacquiao is an offensive genius, not a defensive one.
It will be interesting to see how he adapts to a defensive guru like Floyd. Marquez is a counterpunching technician who, while quite great, is not quite as great at it as Mayweather.
Yet he was able to give Manny serious problems over the course of their 24 rounds.
I may be underrating Manny's defense a bit, but we'll see how things go when we see what he looks like against Cotto, and respectively ; what Floyd looks like against Marquez after the injury and layoff.Comment

not only did he compare PAC to Gatti, he compared El Terrible to Mickey Ward
