What has witter done that is better than cotto?Knocking down Ndou? Yeah he did something that NONE of Ndou's other oppenents have done, that says something about Witter.And it might mean something if Ndou went out like a punk,but he didnt,it was UD, you really think that if cotto had gotten two knockdowns on a fighter, that that **** would have gone to decision? So what if he KD'd N'Dou. All that shows is that Witter hits harder than Cotto. Cotto still has a great chin, speed, defense, and can put his punches together nicely. I didn't see the fight so I don't know how well developed Witter's skills are, but I can say that I've seen Cotto grow up in the ring and I really think he has the goods to take over the division. Power isn't everything.

Eastman has good power, but he couldn't catch up to Hopkins to use it effectively. That is a big variable in a fight.

Absolute horse-****. Witter dropped N'Dou, good for him. It says nothing about Cotto (who won more rounds against N'Dou). Not every fight is the same. If Witter and N'dou fought again it could be different....if Cotto and N'Dou fought again it could be different.

I'm a massive Witter fan, Witter has a naz like style he throws punches from very strange angles with a lot of power, but he can get lazy in fights this is my big worry, if he did this against Cotto, Zoo, Mayweather or Gatti it would be all over in a flash. He did this against N'Dou i had him winning the first 5 rounds (which included 2 knockdowns), then went lazy and lost the next 4, The fight changed again in the 10th when witter caught N'Dou with masive left hand which N'Dou did well not to go down and then the last 2 i gave to witter.

Cotto has better boxing skills than witter and has power but not as much as witter, Cotto has a good defence and has a good chin. Witter would test cotto's chin and this is why it would be a interesting fight it all depends if witter can hurt cotto.

But Cotto could out box witter and take an easy win.

As a witter fan i would like him to face Gatti out of the big names, Gatti likes to come forward and can be open to shots.
