    Make your own weight classes

The 17 current weight classes for pro boxing are:

    unlimited (Heavyweight)
    200 lb (90.72 kg)
    175 lb (79.4 kg)
    168 lb (76.2 kg)
    160 lb (72.6 kg)
    154 lb (69.9 kg)
    147 lb (66.7 kg)
    140 lb (63.5 kg)
    135 lb (61.2 kg)
    130 lb (59.0 kg)
    126 lb (57.2 kg)
    122 lb (55.3 kg)
    118 lb (53.5 kg)
    115 lb (52.2 kg)
    112 lb (50.8 kg)
    108 lb (49.0 kg)
    105 lb (47.6 kg)

I would go with the 11 weight classes AIBA has (amateur boxing):

91+ kg (200+ lb) Super heavyweight (Rename it to heavyweight)
91 kg (200 lb) Heavyweight (Rename it to cruiserweight)
81 kg (178 lb) Light heavyweight
    75 kg (165 lb) Middleweight
    69 kg (152 lb) Welterweight
64 kg (141 lb) Light welterweight
    60 kg (132 lb) Lightweight
    57 kg (125 lb) Featherweight
    54 kg (119 lb) Bantamweight
    51 kg (112 lb) Flyweight
48 kg (106 lb) Light flyweight

What do you guys think. What are your ideal weight classes? Do you like it the way it is?

The AIBA ones are excellently divided. I have no idea why there is this disparity between pro and amatuer classes. It's ridiculous that amatuers can fight a stone apart while the pros are all within 7lbs.
