thats b/c he has no headmovement, defense, or boxing craft/guile, is not a speed demon, no footwork, not a 1 punch ko artist.

so of course he has to have a great chin.

Margarito is not a good looking chick. so she better have a great personality. Thats his chin & stamina.

I think he will. People assume Cotto can't handle speed, but if anything he handles speed much better than being over sized and pushed like how Margarito fought him. Cotto's proved he can fight in a fast paced, shoot em up type of fight and come out victorious.

We have yet to see Pacquiao fight a prime, true WW with power, good speed, and great accuracy.

There's a difference between being a speed fighter and being an elusive defender (which Pacquiao isn't so much of).

Come on, what kinda question is this. Cotto isn't going to see Pac man the whole night, lets be honest. He'll land 1 punch for every 30 he landed on Margacheato and he's gonna get hit 10 times for every 1 he got hit by Margacheato.

Is he a ghost???? that is why this fight is a 50-50. cuz if cotto wants to get to manny hell have to risk it going in , same with manny. this fight is gonna come down to who can take the other punches and who is more careful inside the ring . but believe it or not they BOTH are gonna get hit and hard. cuz these 2 carry a good punch

That's a bit of blasphemy dude. Cotto doesn't waste his punches. You've never seen a fight where Cotto's just throwing aimlessly. A fighter with good accuracy, patience, and good speed will give Pacquiao trouble (i.e. JMM).

Both guys could win, but Pacquiao's not going to be overwhelming Cotto like that simply because he'll have to exchange with Cotto, which isn't necessarily the smartest thing to do.

Can and will Pacquiao be able to withstand that type of punishment through 12 rounds?

Lol, You do know that Pacquiao pressures exactly like Margarito(100+ punches a round); HAS 1 punch KO power; and speed like Zab Judah... right?

Pacquiao isn't just a speed fighter. He has speed you cant keep up with, power that will put you in a coffin, and pressure that will suffocate you.

Cotto isn't going to handle that too well. This will be one for the highlight reel

Pacquiao will have to fight a completely perfect fight.

No mistakes cause if he catches too many flush shots it will be a bad night
