It's cuz Montiel was the clear #2, Darchinyan was #3, the Ring usually doesn't put their title on the line when there's a clear #2.

Vic "I was not hurt" Darchinyan is an arrogant bum that is too afraid to fight Donaire for a rematch.

Darchinyan's fights are only interesting when he is in with a guy who stands a chance of beating him because to me his skills are so mediocre it's not even funny. I'm not trying to be cold-hearted, but it's the truth. Superflyweight is a weak division now even though he is the champ there.

IBF like to put pressure to boxer when ever they want, for their own bebefit.

there is only one hope for darchinyan's revival. he should pick a fight with nonito for a rematch, even if it means bolting with gary shaw. in this fight he should vindicate himself by beating nonito by knockout also. if he cannot knockout nonito he should retire for good.

this is the only way to resurrect his career to bring the respect he once had. he's been avoiding donaire all his life after his defeat. now its about time to stand on his own even without gary shaw who is so afraid to lose his money by pitting nonito against his overhyped fighter.

the ibf has already lost respect for him.

now its time to be a man.

If for some miracle VIC "RAGING BULL****" DARCHINIYAN suddenly became a fundamentally sound boxer who mixes his punches then he would definetly have a little chance of beating DONAIRE (HIGHLY DOUBT IT) The outcome of this fight would be exactly the same or DARCHINIYAN gets KOed much earlier. Darchiniyan is the most overrated fighter i have ever seen. He beat Mijares, because MIJARES was scared ****less to Vic's LEFT HAND...and ARCE he is a ****** brawler...i give him credit for being a warrior, but you have to be smart at times and ARCE lacks that.
