I have respect for david haye, hes not affraid of fighting the best in the world, traveling anywhere to fight the best and usually wins by KO which is what Heavyweight boxings all about. But whats with taking a whole year off between fights. I can understand why Mayweather, Hopkins and the very elite fighters do this but not Haye. As exciting he is to watch its boring listening to his mouth for a year before he fights. What a joke he will look if Valuev knocks him out.
david haye and his year off

agreed that he should be focussing on securing fights rather than running his mouth, at first it was breath of fresh air and bought some excitement to the division but david has failed to back up his words (whether his fault or not) and is now looking like a big time charlie.I have respect for david haye, hes not affraid of fighting the best in the world, traveling anywhere to fight the best and usually wins by KO which is what Heavyweight boxings all about. yes!
mayweather has earned the right to run his mouth off, in some peoples eyes hes pound for pound the best fighter in the world.
I might be wrong but David Haye isnt even rated in the top 5 in the worst division at the moment.Comment

dont get me wrong im not a huge mayweather fan, in his last 5 or 6 fights ive wanted to see someone beat him, but i respect he runs his mouth but always backs it up. I dont think itll be too long before haye eats his wordsComment

he should have looked for a valuev fight first-got a title and had a bit more leverage in the division.going for the klitschkos first made financial sense but it meant they could offer him ridiculous contracts and make it as risk-free as possible.he didnt think it through imoComment
