The possibility exists that current WBC super featherweight world champion Humberto Soto of Mexico could move up to face Venezuelan superstar Edwin Valero for the WBC lightweight title on November 14th in Las Vegas. The clash would be part of the huge megacard headlined by Manny Pacquiao vs Miguel Cotto. It is known that Top Rank is interested in trying to make this fight. Soto is currently training in Tijuana.

Not a chance mate. When/if that fight happens it'll be in Manchester at either the City of Manchester Stadium or the MEN arena. Khan vs Salita (his mandatory) may land on the card though. Khan really wants a fight in America, Warren really wants Khan to get American exposure, Khan has to fight Salita soon or give up his new belt and the Salita fight isn't so big a fight that it would be ****** to put it on an undercard - especially considering that Pacquiao vs Cotto tops the bill.

The best card in recent years, so far, happened on 16th Sept 2006, at LV's MGM Grand, promoted by Oscar's GBP.

The only place he can fight is Texas.

Until that changes they shouldn't even be mentioning the date of November 14th.
