Yes, there's idiots all around. But Manny's new status as national icon and P4P king makes him very popular among people, not just boxing fans. These people are showing up on NSB a lot and making for a lot of dumbed down conversations.

It's not just Pacman fans, but at the moment they are the biggest contributors.

No disrespect to the true Pac-fans, but I'm with you all the way on this one. The lack of knowledge and pure ignorance is annoying and bringing down the quality of a lot of threads.

Honestly, I think it's great that Manny has encouraged a whole new group of boxing fans. However, I wish the new fans would learn a little knowledge before coming on here and talking like they've been watching the sport for years. A lot of these people have never seen fights outside of a couple Pacman bouts.

co-sign but like any other hobby or as in life tells you that when you start off in something knew it's called a learning curve. most will come and go but the others will stay after the hype.

not every casual fan will want to learn everything about boxing. especially about fighters who don't impact their boxing experience.
