I was entertained from the first bell, I appreciate Bernard's style more than anyone else though, I think. The defensive genius is the best in the business at finding openings and exploiting them, and when he picks his shots they are absolutely perfect.

You gotta realize those lead left hooks were coming from a 40+ year old man, he was throwin em as fast as rjj did in his prime, I appreciate that kind of skill.

It's people like you guys is why Hopkins only got a PPV shot when he fought dlh..lol

It's all about longetivity baby..all the other fighters that were with him back when he started are looking up to him and thinking, 'He's still doing it'. You gotta love that, because it proves he is smart enough to realize the risks of boxing and effectively remove himself from most of those risks.

The problem is when he removes himself from "the risks of boxing" he also removes himself from boxing.

Eastman missed a lot and was open a lot and was off balance a lot and hopkins maybe caught him very little amount of times he messed up. I can appreciate a deffensive genious as much as the next guy man but when you dont throw punches its no longer boxing.

BTW i dont know if guys like me are truely the only reason Hopkins only got on PPV when he fought DLH cus well.. i wouldnt pay for a DLH ppv either hehe.

What the hell? Ok I'm glad you "appreciate" Hopkins, but that's just a ****** thing to say. Hopkins never has been, and never will be as fast a Roy was in his prime. Those hooks were based on timing, not so much speed...and certainly not as much as Roy's had.

I mean these guys have skills no doubt but at least everyonce in a while with the exception of Morales n'Pacquiao - these guys take chances and RISK a lot!

which worked for him until his last two fights
when he lost his stamina because he was overweigthed.
