When did you start watching boxing after Cotto beat Mosley? The last time I check the judges made a mistake on the 1st fight admitting Pac should have won. The last time I check JMM lost clearly with the knockdown being the difference. The last I check, Cotto got a Gift Decision against Clottey and Mosley

So he fought a close fight with Joshua Clottey, Who has ever faced Clottey and dominated him?

TO be honest nobody has ever done to Clottey what Cotto did.

Pac is gonna take a beating and eventually get Koed. Cotto poses too much power and enough skill and speed to apply it. he is an offensive master.

I agree completely and I think the Clottey fight will give him some of his confidence back. The dude stuck it out with one hell of a cut and still won. I will say he needs to push himself harder or smarter so he can fight every round with the work rate to simply break his opponents to pieces.

Another funny thinkg is how the media and hgype can change the outlook on a fight analysis.

Cotto vs Pac was talked about plenty after DLH. BUT the general concensus was that Cotto destroys lil Pac. now that he KOed a no defense bum Ricky Hatton somehow pac achieved the power of a middleweight with the speed of a flyweight.

Pac is being overhyped way too much, at 130-135 I dont see anyone beating him but at 147?? historically one of the most talented weigth divisions ??? No chance against FLoyd Mayweather Paul Williams Miguel Cotto Shane Mosley and even Antonio Margarito

people was also criticising others who predicted pac's easy win over hatton and look what happened.....not comparing hatton and cotto at all...my point is no matter how crazy a prediction may sound to you you cant deny the possibilty of it......dont tell me that their opinions are baseless either .... people have their own eyes to judge....

The last time I check Pac beat JMM twice /fact. It's your opinion he lost but a lot of people think he won. The last time I check, Cotto got a 10-8 in the 1st round where Clottey was dominating him before the KD. Cotto won with a body slam/

I dont count pac out becaus ein boxing anything can happen.

I just feel Cotto is being given no credit for his superior skills at WW. hes taken on the best pac is coming up to fight him.

I feel a LaMotta Janero beatdown coming.

i dont count him out either, but hes being overhyped, and hes good, but hes in a completely different class of competition. I mean for Christ sakes, he was knocked out by a body shot, by a featherweight, and though it was years ago, and he has gotten better during that time, Cotto is a top 3 welterweight, and though pac is considered the number 1 pound for pound champ outside of mayweather, ironically, i dont see pac beating any of the top 3 WW. Pick your choice, between Paul Willliams, Shane Mosely, Cotto, Berto, Clottey, even guys like Cintron and Margarito without the xtra lead, would give him trouble. Im not saying he cant win, but on that list with the exception of Paul Williams, i think this is the worse fight he could of taking at this weight. Obviously his trainer knows a thing or two, but his 1st time up he fought at 147, he wasnt even hit against de la hoya, so i cant say his chin was tested, and the same with the ricky hatton fight at 140, I just see Cotto fighting with his height and reach advantage, and mixing his power shots and combinations inside wearing Pac down. Pac will realize the 1st time that left to the body hits him, that hes not in their with Oscar, or Hatton. I just see this turning into the cotto vs judah fight at some point, because Cotto will impose his will on Manny like no other fighter.

Whats funny is nobody is talking about how pac will respnd to Cottos power.

there hasnt been a fighter other than iron chin margarito who didnt have problems with his devestating power.

What i think is funny is nobody's talking about just how much faster Pac is compared to Cotto, I think this will offset the power, Pac will be in & out and his own power is not to be ****ed with, this will be a great fight but IMHO Cotto will lose.
