Margarito might not be the most technically sound fighter in the world, but to a point thats what makes him exciting.

He has a good chin, Very good power, and stamina thats a throw back to the 15 round fighters. His style is exciting and is a dangerous guy to anyone he faces wether it be boxer or puncher. He is the kind of guy you could pound on for 11 rounds and he still in front of you swinging with full power in the 12th, and that power could very well be enough to put you to sleep. Add to that he brings no money or fame to the table it doesnt take much to see why the top guys around those weights stay away from him.

As far as saying Mayweather would kill him what exactly do you base that on?

Mayweather was hurt by chop chop, he could very well mess around and get caught by Margarito who could put him to sleep. Keep in mind Margarito could easily be a 154lber.

How can you say that when everyone on ESPN had him losing 4 of the first 5 rounds. I have so many of my favorites who arent black

Yeah he could easily be a 154 pounder but he went there once and lost his very first fight which made him come straight back

I know why you guys like him and I agree with that. I like to watch him fight too because he is very exciting. My real question is why do you think this guy is great and a elite fighter and dont try to say you dont think that because all of you before the Santos fight said he could beat Floyd, Zab, Mayorga, Mosley, Wright, and Spinks.
