Why are people saying Cotto is damaged goods?

Cotto would've done much better against Clottey before he fought Margarito. now he gets easily bruised up. He even gets cut easily. You can tell Cotto had a mark on his eyebrow before he got cut by Clottey. He doesn't seem the same fighter he was before. He showed more when he fought judah and he was hurt too, but he had alot more left. Now he doesn't seem to be able to recover well enough.

please, he looked bad in that fight. and not like he was fighting a tough guy or a tough style. bad as in he got his ass beat by a superior fighter who was dumb enough to give the fight away. hes not the same, if u cant see that u are in denial.

its not about going the distance its about just plain looking ****. clottey showed he was far superior only to throw it all away.

he was fighting a tough guy who is very well known to cause problems and make fights ugly.

And i dont think Cotto is damaged goods physically...but mentally he hasnt been the same. I dont see that swagger or confidence he once had in his past two fights.

Cotto is damaged goods at 28 while Pac who is 30 yrs old and has been in brutal fights himself is not? That damaged goods **** is just an excuse for the pac haters.. Cotto fought with one eye against a tank in clottey and managed not only to finish the fight but won, that there tells me how he's mentally over the margo fight..

Cotto is still Cotto, the Clottey fight is a fight he could have avoided like many others jn the division but stepped up and took teh fight. No way Cotto was going to Ko Clottey, this was and as i expected a tough 12 rd fight.


Cotto is being counted out based on a fight in which he was winning and faded to due some very dubious and peculiar circumstances, Cotto is not done.

I cant wait til after the fight, after Cotto wins. I wanna see all the excuses the pacquio nutthuggers are gonna have. Cotto was to big, Pacquio moved all the way from featherweight to fight cotto. He fought 1 of the toughest WW with a cut over his eye in the 3rd rd. Blood pouring in his eyes. How many fighters wouldve quit? We'll see when pacquio gets hit with a real shot. De la hoya, i really dont have to say anything about that cuz which boxer have you ever seen not gain 1 lb on fight night. And hatton was way over rated. People say he faught his best fight against Malignaggi, but seriously Malignaggi is so featherfisted i dont think he can even knock Caldreron if he caught him flush.
