Because he has a contract with HBO and he owes Glen Johnson a rematch. HBO knew that, and they wouldn't let him go back down to 168 without seeing Glen again. I'd like to see him fight the winner of the tourney down the line though if he gets past Glen Johnson. But I hope Johnson kicks his ass.
