At 7"2 and 300 lb its surprising the guy can even stand and walk, let alone anything else. Also take into account the guy has a lot of natural weight to get rid of, its unrealistic to see valuev skipping for hours.

Also TS is a dumbass bringing his khan hatred into a topic unrelated

I don't hate Khan at all and to the poster that mentioned swimming: that's a very good point indeed. Swimming is excellent cardio and works every muscle in the body.

The only problem is, if he was drowing, who could save him? lol They'd have to keep a crane next to the pool.

Fair enough, but you mentioned weight training which would be arguably worse for him.

Any form of physical exertion would be rather bad for him; he's made of the exact same tissues as you and I, that have the exact same limits and strenghts. However rather than carrying say 175lbs, he has to walk around supporting over 300lbs, and his height makes balancing even harder for him.

Skipping, bagwrok, you name it, it takes its toll on someone big, never mind gigantic.

Swimming would be an excellent idea yeah, though he would have to do a LOT of it.

I understand perfectly that low body fat does not equate to being in shape but all I am trying to say - imagine this guy jacked, ripped and oiled up - it would be AMAZING.

Guys that big with gigantism tend not to be able to get into the greatest shape. Their arms often tend to look a lot smaller for their size, whilst their ribcages tend to be bigger, making them look malproportioned. Look at Giant Baba, Hong Man Choi, Montanha Silva, Giant Gonzalez and so on.

Valuev is in pretty good shape IMHO for a man of his size; there have been a lot porkier HW champions in the past with rather less excuse. He's never going to have the physique of a K2 or a Haye; nor would he want it, the benefit from so much muscle wouldn't be worth the weight of carrying it. I'm sure he could get skinnier, but he's quite capable of going twelve as is and the effort is likely to damage his stamina rather than improve it.

****, you guys are making so many excuses for him as if he shouldn't and doesn't do any exersise whatsoever. LOL. I'm sure he does, just not enough to get in **** up shape.

Besides he'll get enough running done when Haye starts unloading his bombs!!!
