i am critical against mayol fighting calderon. i thought calderon will beat mayol easy in their first encounter. but calderon was losing to mayol in that fight. in my scorecards, mayol was leading calderon prior to the stopping of the fight. it seems that mayol is a perfect antidote for the elusive calderon.

if calderon will not find a way to exploit mayol's weaknesses, he will end up losing his belt to mayol, right in his home turf.

Does that post don't tells you something? It wasn't Mayol who's initiating the headbutt, and it is almost always the smaller man who initiate these accidents in the ring, unintentional or not. Calderon's been into these "accidental" headbutts on more than a few occasions. Unfortunately for Calderon, he got the raw end of that headbutt against Mayol, and NO, it won't be a cakewalk for Calderon either...

If Calderon fights as he did with Cazares he will win easily. If he fights like he did in the first fight with Mayol then he is for a very long night. Wish the best to the Iron Boy

can this not wait till november 14th on cotto pac undercard. alot more people in phillipines and pr are would buy this. i say the do the whole undercard line up with pr vs phillipines. like juanma vs concepcion or other puerto rican and phillipino fighters it would be EPIC.

                Calderon wins this.

teh funny thing about teh first fight was than when Calderon decided to stop and trade, he was beating the **** out of mayol. Mayol looked confued and dazed.

Calderon gets too much publicity for a boring fighter compared to a real scrapper like Roman Gonzalez. I think Calderon is so overrated it's not even funny.

Calderon quit like a ***** in the first fight @ MSG.

If he quits again in front of his hometown, then that's unforgivable.

I think Calderon will box very cautiously this time in route to a boring UD.

Calderon is a skill as Floyd, dude is small and he beats dudes with 20 pounds advantages and 6 inches in height!!!!!!

he might be boring sometimes, but that doesnt make him less skill!!!!
