The deal as we all know as of now is a catchweight of 145 on weigh in.

So WTF in the world would you think or even ask the question of a 145 fight night?

If the fight is at 145, there should be no fine in place. Cotto will be able to make no problem

The reason I asked the question was because Oscar was 146 fight night against Pacman. There was a fine also placed on him. I was wondering if Oscar as well had to cap his fight night weight within range of the weigh in
