    I have to agree.

Although Ritchie Woodhall has a good understanding of the game tactically imo.

The problem i see with British coaches is they dont know how to school a fighter defensively. How many British fighters have been very good defensive fighters ? we just dont produce that type of fighter we produce aggresive fighters like Hatton, Haye, Froch, Benn, Andries, McGuigan, Honeyghan.

The best defensive fighter we have had for years was probably Calzaghe. Although his defense was his offence so that's not really along the same lines as Toney....a defensive MASTER.

frankie Gavin with his 3 wins record of 3 fights isn't enough to bragged of fighting one of the bests WW champions like Khan! He needs at least 20 fights before we could see if something to be exposed from him, and worth opponent to Khan!

some of these storys on here are just made up or fabricated, they take a little comment and make it out to be more than it is, Gavin seems level headed and im sure he didnt say whats reported in the way they are making out, sure he has to say he can be as big as Khan and will beat him but in the interview before his last fight he said he wasnt even thinking about Khan and wished him well, Gavin is class and he is i think older than Khan and many think should be moved on faster than the other olympians who have recently turned pro, in his last fight he looked somthing special, time will tell though but i dont think he has a bad chin and can pack a punch along with speed and agility he has the makings of a top pro but he needs to not fight too many bums like Khan did he has to take a steeper curve to get himself in the mix.
