Hell No he aint afraid.... Im glad the belt wont be on the line. Its 147 or no belt Pac! Thats what "catchweight" Pacquiao gets.. his spoiled ass.

Peaple claim the belt dont mean **** but if Pac was to beat Cotto and take that belt everyone would say that hes the geatest fighter of all time cuz he grabbed another title in a higher weight class...

But the belts dont mean ****...?? yeah rite.

Weight has nothing to do why he wont put the belt up.He knows if he loses everyone will say Paq is the real champ anyway. If the split were more even hed put the belt up, but since paqs getting the lions share hes not. Im sure he tried to negotiate this with paq.
