Stone did say something to DK at the fight, I was there, but from where I was sitting, I couldn't hear a thing, and I think it was indeed a fixed fight..It was so blatant...Golota wasn't knocked down once, Ruiz was twice...wheres the logic?
Using that logic, Eamon Magee beat Ricky Hatton, Jameel McCline beat Chris Byrd, DaVarryl Williamson beat Wladimir Klitschko, etc.
Maybe they made the fight look fixed for Golota just so there would be no argument after he loss saying that he was made to lose from the jump...pretty far fetched, but hey...
about Ruiz - Gołota fight, is that true what is said on "www.eastboxing.com" (i read about it on sport.onet.pl) that Norman Stone said to Don King :
NS : - It's Fixed!!
DK : - Fixed?
NS : - Yes, Ruiz wins.
If that is true!? Why he said that to DK?
At Polish press, which quoted on the part of www.eastboxing.com supposedly ( I did not find original text) wrote, that Stone tells to DK that it was fixed on advantage to Ruiz! { so Stone can be indignant, that despite arrangement, Gołota sended Ruiz down) Logical -- he complains that "it was settled, Gołota wins!" in internet i read that Stone told to DK that it was turned on advantage to Ruiz so it was strange to my "WHY HE SAID THAT" if they (Stone & DK) knew "what's gonna be anyway"?
Norman's words were of frustration that he thought his fighter was getting screwed over. Earlier he told Ruiz "This ref is for the other guy. It's a proven fact."
When he said "this is a ****in' fixed Fight" to King, he meant it was fixed AGAINST Ruiz. Otherwise, why would he be complaining?
People don't think things through at all...
serioulsy its like when dey say Hopkins-DLH was fixed
maybe oscar stayed down to avoid punishment
but whe ya fix a fight
the underdogg doesnt loose
that makes no sense
