Toney has a iron chin, and is about the same age (40) as Vitali (38)...

They've both slowed down a bit, but Toney has been more active during the past five years, while Vitali has had only 2 fights.

Since no other ranked contender is available, Vitali should accept Toney as the opponent if he's willing.
