Considering Pavlik's last two performances...i don't think he will beat williams fighting like that.
The Pavlik against the the first fight with Taylor wins imo. So, depending on what Pavlik shows up, either can win. Williams on the other side is very good and consistent, but he is used to fight against guys much shorter, and without the punching power pavlik has.

Either way, this should be a very interesting fight...
