the weight (145 lbs) is not the issue w/ cotto. he doesn't care about 145 lbs for the WBO strap.

the issue is that cotto wants more money if the WBO strap is on the line.

let's keep it straight, its about the money, not the weight.

I thinks its a combo of both. I think Cotto would like the weight at 147 but will settle for 145. The strap would give him bargaining power for more money and the extra two pounds. Even one of the two would suffice I think. The reason he doesn't want the belt on the line is not because he is afraid he will lose it like many on this forum imply or just outright say.
