Not at all. He said Cotto will be in the fight roughing Pacquiao up, but he said Pacquiao will cut him, bruise his face up leading to a stoppage. Since Pacquiao is accurate and Cotto gets damaged easily.

Cotto's cut came from a head butt from Clottey, and Maragarito was nailing Cotto with plastic hand wraps, not to mention Maragarito had to be on LSD walking through Cotto's punches like that. Pacquiao isn't going to be cutting Cotto.
