I think Cotto will win, and of course I'm rooting for him. But there are so many factors to go into this fight. I think it's unfair to say Cotto isn't the same. He did what he was supposed to do to Jennings, and Clottey is one tough customer and he had one eye. Looking at it objectively, you can't say that one fighter will "dominate" the other. I see Pacquiao having early success, but Cotto catching up using that jab and stopping him around 10 or 11. Ultimately, Cotto's jab and strength will tell the tale.

The REAL boxing fan that knows the history of previous fights knows that this will be a war but i have to pick the welterweight with the tougher bouts to win and that is cotto. If pacman wins i'll give him 150% props but like i've said 1,000 times....clottey alone beats pacman and any pacman opponent.
