This should be on Bute-Andrade II undercard would make a lot more sense

You sure about that? Clottey was gonna get 250k to fight Cintron 150k on the Cotto/Pavlik ppv doubleheader. I don't know the figures, but IMO he'd make more than double the money for this fight, than the Shobox date. He'd get an easier fight on Shobox though.

It didn't make that much sense for Green being on the Froch-Taylor undercard, but I'd like to see the winners face each other.

Im guessing, and considering what Rafael said about there not being alot of money, also factoring in Id assume John and Juarez would be getting more for their rematch and that this is the last fight thats added to the card and the rest of the fights should already be under monetarial contract.

Fair assessment, would still pay more than a Shobox date though, probably not enough to face a monster like Bika.

Cloud-Wood is on a FNF undercard for even less, that would be a real good fight for Mayweather-Marquez if this can't get made.

Yes thats a good fight for FNF, Im guessing nobody else would pick it up for tv. FNF opened up strong and are finishing strong with Randall Bailey vs. Juan Urango on that card too, two title fights, one night on ESPN, unheard of.
