Lets not talk silly now. Fighters like Charley Burley, Sam Langford, Lloyd Marshell, Jimmy Bivins, Ezzard Charles, Harry Willis, Archie Moore, to name a few. There avoided fighters who cound't even get title shots no matter how good they were at one point or another. And would have to turn to each other for fights as the champions had no interest in fighting them.

Williams has had chances to fight and win world titles, appear on the HBO Network numerous times and now looks like he may ending fighting Kelly Pavlik the Number #1 Middlweight for the titles.

Some of the elite may not be to interested in fighting Williams, but to say he is the most avoided fighter of all time is complete bogus.

at 6′ 1″ you would think he'd be super middle weight at least.

Man you are so delusional you should be admitted right away.

The only reason he doesnt get fights is because he brings nothing to the table

any fighter would fight a 20 foot croc or a 300lb gorilla if the money is right

why fight a somalian for rice cakes?

Pwill needs to quit being a ***** and keep fighting and maybe if he is as good as he and you think he is then his time will come.

He should have fought Clottey instead of busting a Haye and run his mouth only to run himself.

He needed to stay at WW and continue to fight whoever they put infront of him
if the number 1 ranked fighters would back out then maybe there would be some talk of avoided.
Until then he beat a out of the game past prime winky and thats it.

                    Thread is an EPIC FAILURE

Charley Burley. Was avoided from the low 140's through the 170's.
