Jose Miguel Cotto would probably whoop Bobby Pacquiao, I never saw Jose Miguel Cotto after the Juan Diaz war, but as I recall he was doing good before that but ever since that loss to J.D all I heard was that he got away with a gift draw in Puerto Rico to some Thai boxer in 2007 and that was it.
