No fighter will ever be greater than Robinson and Ali. NONE they've got it locked down forever.

Hell no. No one in this generation can touch SRR, ALi, and Armstrong. No way no how.

We can't compare them very well as far as impressive records because of that.
Muhammad Ali is 2nd or 3rd in everyone's GOAT list.
              Professional record: 56wins 5losses 0draws

              Manny Pacquiao
              Professional record: 49wins 3losses 2draws

He'll only be 6 fights off after the Cotto fight.

Pacquiao already has a trilogy with Morales, and a possible trilogy with Marquez and Mayweather on the horizon.

Surely by the time its all said and done if Pacquiao's not in the running at all for GOAT conversations it'll be a crime against boxing.

I love how every floyd stan has a gif or sig of mayweather's padwork like it's some great athletic feat. Looks pretty but anyone who's ever boxed before knows its nothing more than grown man patty cake.

how does beating cotto do that for him.

I suppose he's assuming Pacquiao becomes the 1st 7 division title holder which may or may not be on the line.

he's a all time great already. be happy with that.

only way he gets by robinson (impossible really) is if he fought & beat cotto, mosley, paul williams, mr. counterfeit cash, margarito at 147.

thats after he went back down to 135 got some belts & defended them & beat marquez, valero, guzman, diaz,

& then went to 140 got some belts & defend them & beat bradley, campbell, khan, maidana, & holt.

then we can start the argument.

                      until then,

be happy (i know he is) that he is an all time great first ballot hall of famer top 20-30 all time great.
