    2nd video for me. bToo much distance & slowness in the 1st not fluid enough to come naturally under pressure imho.

      yea..I agree..the young lady in the 2nd vid can really work those pads and her trainer aint bad either

        The first ones are pretty good but the second trainer really knows his ****. He's as almost as good as Mayweather.

                  I don't understand that kind of use with the mitts. I've never seen anyone in Europe using mitts that way.
                  No chin is going down and forward to meet your hand, no punch is ever that weak and lazy.
                  It is incorrect technique and doesn't promote correct punching nor accurate timing and distance.

                  I can't see the relation to actual fighting.

                    Floyd Mayweather grew up with that and Stevie Forbes is a pretty decent fighter.
                    I think that works on agility and reflexes. I'm not sure about it, i've never experienced the Mayweather method.
