I envision a repeat of the Holyfield fight for the first few rounds, with Haye merely dancing around nervously doing nothing (like he did with Barrett). Then somewhere in the 4th, he'll start working his way to Val's inside and unload a couple of bodyshots just to score, and then jump back out to do it all again for the next few rounds.
By the 7th he'll have scored enough soft hits to the body and chest, that he'll be confident enough to leap in with some big combos to the head. It won't be stopped, though. Even if Haye were unloading shot after shot, they would never allow their big hairy freak to lose a TKO in Germany. Actually, they'll probably rob Haye with a decision too. Therefore he needs to come up with something to actually floor and hurt him.
