Rockefeller's house aint really my taste but thats an estate.

They run the world so I figured I'd use them.

But yeah, the beach is pretty damn nice.

L.A real estate is way over valued.

people that move down here from other states are shocked at the prices.

some of them sell 4-5 bedroom huge homes in nice neighborhoods and the money can't even get them a decent condo in crap neighborhoods over here.

Man I live in Oxnard , Ca and my neighbor behind me his house is an estimated 1.25 mil
well it was about 2 years ago
and my house is no where near that
neither is his
its a newer house and nice but not worth that much
price is nothing
