Mayweather vs Mosley is next, after marquez

mosley is going to make a fall fight, hopefully a unification fight. he wins, mayweather vs mosley is next. i see alot of people saying that floyd vs pac is next. but i dont see that happening until after Mayweather vs Mosley, if ever. this is an all american fight with 2 of the top welterweights fighting for the welterweight championship of the world at a real weight, this fight will be huge. mosley is with golden boy and mayweather is a golden boy'ish fighter himself. golden boy knows how to promote fights really well so Mayweather will know that he will bank in on this one. the reason i see this happening is that i know that mayweather needs to get back in the fighting spotlight, especially after pacquiao has been in the spotlight while he was retired and hes about to be in the spotlight again with the cotto fight. there is no way in hell that mayweather and pacquiao will come to an agreement anytime soon after pacqiao beats cotto. with a win over cotto you can guarantee that top rank will be trying to give mayweather a 50-50 deal if not less, and we all know there is no way in hell mayweather will do that. so mayweather needs the marquez fight and a mosley fight for leverage.

remember this guys, quote me on this, Mayweather vs Mosley is next.

          I doubt it...I'd rather see Mayweather-Pac/Cotto

Any of the top welters would make sense but Pac/Cotto would be bigger than a fight wit Shane...

Ive also felt this way but Ive gone back & forths on it. I know one thing and that is that Floyd is getting sick of Arum & Roach and doesnt want to deal with there B.S. unless he absolutely has to. Ive always disagreed with the people who say that Floyd doesnt want none of Mosley. I think thats crazy. He's always wanted Mosley. I beleive in a perfect world he would rather fight JMM & Pac 1st but Ive always felt that Mosley was next after that and if there is a problem with the Pac fight then Mosley would be next after JMM. The main thing with Floyd vs Pac-Cotto is the dates. Its all messed up. It was solid at 1st because even though the dates were still off, Pac was going to wait for Floyd. Now with the rib injury it screws everything up. Since the Pac fight is Nov 14th and Floyd will be done on Sept 19th, would he want to wait for the Pac fight or would he want to have a fight between then against Mosley? Its a hard question.

Again, even if he waits then he will have hell negotating with Arum. If Pac beats Cotto then Arum will try to jerk Floyd and I think Floyd rather fight Mosley instead of Cotto anyways so it just makes more sense for Floyd to fight Mosley 1st. The question then would be would Pac wait again or would he fight someone like Berto since the timing would be off again. One great thing about it is that both Roger & Senior also want to fight Mosley so I think that would get done next because I cant see Roach, Arum, and Floyd coming to an agreement anytime soon and Floyd wants to fight Mosley eventually anyways so it might as well be next. I know Floyd would be really upset if he waited and then Cotto won because he rather fight Mosley and thinks that is a bigger fight so it will be like he wasted all that time for nothing

....but Shane would be the biggest threat though. I'd actually pick Mosley to beat Mayweather.

That makes sense, given that Roach and Arum will have the flaming hoops ready for Floyd to jump through if he wants Manny.

There's a lot of cash for Pac vs May, but the negotiations will likely be brutal
if they ever get to talking.

They know the boxing public is clamoring for Pac vs May, but only cooler heads can prevail.
