I know its only 2 pounds from 147 to 145 but I think it is bull **** if they make it a welterweight title fight. If you break a record by winning 7 titles you should win those titles at the weight the title is supposed to be won at.

As others have said Pac would likely drop the belt. For the sake of speculation I believe it would be possible to defend the title on catchweights between 141 and 147. I am also pretty sure that the WBO wouldn't ensure that Manny should defend at 147 since that would mean that they ultimately would have to strip him thereby missing out on the gigantic sanctioning fees Pac would bring.
