He didn't, they'd stalled on negotiating the ring sizes, the only fight out of all 3 that was actually 100% signed was the original Wlad fight.

So why did HBO and Golden Boy both say the fight and terms were agreed and they were just waiting on Haye to sign it?

Haye has been talking for about a year about KOing both of the Klit brothers. He should expect either champ would want a rematch clause, thats expected and normal. So as ridiculous as the fight my brother thing sounds all they are really doing is holding Haye to his word. I understand why he didnt, but it still makes him look like a *****. His plans were to beat Vitali which obviously Vitali wants a rematch clause so thats 2 fights there. Then he said Wlad was next obviously Wlad also wants a rematch clause another 2 fights. If he won and was going after Wlad next like he said it was just basically what he said he was planning on anyway, they just did 2 contracts at once. Its not that terrible of a clause that if you win you get a shot at another belt or two.

Our argument against haye would not be strong if not for his having signed and then tucked his tail on those contracts. From all reports he SIGNED, or was as near to signing as possible and then, let the media report his lowball dealings to those in the other camps. That's pretty ****ty imo.

I will concede that he got ****ed by the contracts, but he earned that **** with his arrogance and antagonistic rhetoric. He's a douchebag. You know it, that's why you are defending him so hard. His position is indefensible. Klitschkos' positions are defensible because of his ignoble comments and displays of contempt, but that does not mean they were not wrong.

haye wronged the Klitschkos so they retaliated legally. haye continues to vomit bull**** and then the Klitschkos rake him over the coals. haye thinks that because the contracts were unfair he can back out without repercussions, but that's just not so given all the smack he talked. Now he's swimming in a ****storm of bad publicity and his sack cradlers are indignant over it. Uh uh...you cannot expect us to accept what you're arguing in light of such crapola. haye is clearly more in the wrong than the Klitschkos.

My problem with Haye is instead of saying **** off to Vitali as soon as he saw the contract,he actually agreed to it and let it go on for weeks that the fight was going ahead on sept 12,then he agrees to fight Valuev.
If the contract was so ****ty why agree to it?

2. Chasing a champ on elevator, rumors, Setanta invites on Live.. he and his team hyped himself so much, so much **** on both brothers, when people were saying Klits are afraid of him. may be he thought he'll scare them and they wont fight with him ?

3. So he got what he asked for. both fights. not every1 can fight for a title, lose and next fight again fight for a title but with a different brother, at same time make tons of $. he asked for it - he got it.

Anyone who fights a Klitschko is guaranteed a big payday; however, if Haye did not like the terms to begin with, why waste everyone's time and go through the contract process? Haye's tactics are unprofessional and just make him look like buffoon...

I'm not trying to find excuses, i stated that it is frustrating, and i am dissapointed but the purpose of this thread was mainly to backfire all the **** getting talked on here about Haye, the fights will happen sooner or later and i know who will be standing. Again, i'm not defending the way Haye has handled this, but the man is thinking about himself and his career.
