Will a JMM win over Floyd be the Greatest victory for any Mexican boxer?

And would it Rank him ahead of Morales/Barrera? how about Chavez?

It could be, just because of all the odds are againgst him, age, going to Welter, etc.

It will be amazing if he beats him, that will be a fight that will be talk about like the Dempsey - Willard bout, hahaha! what a blasphemy to compare Floyd with Willard right?

Yes, it would probably be the biggest, but i really don't see it happening, i just hope he doesn't come up as a sore loser, like every other time he's lost.

i already have him above Chavez, Morales and Barrera, i'd say he's at that level or at least very near.

Yes considering he beat Barrera and then his last four fights would be a close loss to Pacquiao #1P4P, Cassamayor a great solid veteran that was Ring magazine champ, Diaz the up and coming star in his own backyard, and going up in weight to fight the ATG in our generation (If he loses he won't be) FLoyd Mayweather Jr. in his backyard.

I'm not exactly qualified to say what the biggest Mexican victory ever is, but it will be one of the biggest upsets I've ever seen. Marquez is moving up two weight classes to face an undefeated fighter with a clear athletic advantage.

It definitely puts Marquez over Barrera and Morales for me.
