I think it is well documented now, Pacman has a phobia of American fighters. He will do anything in his power to duck them. His ducking list is growing by the day. It started from Campbell at 135, Bradley at 140 and Berto/Williams/Mayweather and Mosley at 140. He tends to fight declining fighters or one dimensional mexicans
