Get this fight on the Brian Viloria undercard which takes place in Hawaii on August 29.

Fernando Beltran hasn't been able to get this fight done in Mexico and he's had nearly three chances for it. It's getting ridiculous.

Hawaii would be better as it'd be neutral territory, and Top Rank would be promoting the fight.
