Froch is certain to take this kid to the trenches, he seems very confident and calm, im not sure Froch has the skills but Dirrel is no Taylor so it wont be as hard and if he is calm we will see a more posotve Froch, will be a good fight, i cant wait.

andre direll is very unproven, froch will be a huge huge step up in competition for him. and honsetly i think froch will win. he is a hard man mentally, he'll take dirrells best shots walk them through and knock him out. who has dirrell beat? oganov hahaha

The thing with Carl Froch is, he will take all his opponents into the trenches like he says. A bit like Eubank.

To be a better boxer than Froch is never going to be enough, if someone can outclass him for the full 12 and be nice and secure behind the jab, I'll eat my shirt. The only person who could feasibly do that is Calzaghe even then I don't think it would happen, Bika made Joe tough it out, so I think Froch would certainly do the same.

For a young, inexperienced fighter, fighting abroad against a geniune hardman with an iron-will, if Dirrel wins, he special. I've never seen him, but the cards are heavily stacked against him.

Andre Dirrell has world-class boxing skills, Froch does not.

Froch has been lucky so far but I think his luck will run out on Oct 17.

as soon as froch sees him hurt which will be quickly enough ,by round six i say the new lad is going down... ive seen a few off his fights and he isnt what everyone is hyping him up to be! im irish by the way and unbiased .

He won't take Dirrell's best shots..

Andre is no fading middleweight like Taylor..when he hits you with his best shots..you stay hit.

remember dirrel vs curtis stevens? thats the fight dirrel is going to try and fight. froch has a good jab and needs it in this fight. but the problem is dirrel has a better and faster one. froch is in trouble.
