Manny's desire to weight drain his opponents would be his safety net then? If you are going to fight for a belt thatis for the 147 pound weight limit, then you step up and you come in at 147 and handle your business. That is how it is done son. Manny should have just said ok, let's make the fight at 147. Manny is the one who is unsure because he is the one who asked for the catch weight, right? That is what I thought.
