I think this is the right time,” declared Amir [details]

I think he will fight and beat maidana when he is ready, the people around him (ie roach, warren) are too smart to put him in before he is ready, I think 2 or 3 more wins under his belt and that fight experience and he will do a job on maidana, right now maidana may take it.

Khan is becoming harder to hit with every new fight, Roach is turning him into an old-school boxer, which isn't gonna be easy but far from impossible, he boxes great on the fly and has one of the fastest, best jabs in boxing today, showed he can fight on the move for 12 rounds and keep up an insane work rate, but like Roach said after the fight he still has a lot to learn, still makes quite a few amateur mistakes, and also roach touched on the fact that he still doesn't really know how to use his power. The thing I find funny is when junior witter says he will take him out within 3 rounds, which he might! But what happens if Khan is still there after 6, 7, 8. He is gonna be terribly hard to out-point for any of the top guys at 140.

First theres no way you can compare Khan to Pacquiao thats a insult to pac.

And second Khan needs to prove hsi chin is worth watching him.

Even tho it was a ver good win against Kotelnik, Kotelnik didnt threw punches, against a gut like Maidana or Holt, he can prove himself worth it!!!!!!

The only comparison he has with Pac is that they are trained by Roach. Khan is a very long way of Pac achievements as a fighter and as a person

Khan is a good fighter, however, once he gets in there with someone like the likes of Holt, Maidana, Ortiz or Campbell and it's going to be hell for him. I don't see him going too far.
