No one mentions how Paulie fought back like hell to make the fight closer, and no one mentions how Paulie had a mere 5 knock outs, had no significant names under his resume, and was probably only put there because of his flashy '0' to make Cotto look good.

Despite all of that, Paulie came out with a lot of respect from a lot of boxing fans and had a lot of people wanting to see more of him.

Cotto also got rocked badly by a smaller Corley, and Torres. Both those guys were smaller than Cotto on fight night.
I agree, i think paulie is a good boxer who if he had power would be a force in boxing.

That was Cotto's last fight at 140 and he had lots of problems to make the weight for that fight. He fought in spurts in that fight.

I think what matters and most of us will agree is whether you WIN the tough fights. You can get knocked down 5-8 times in a fight and all that matters is if you win at the end. Cotto could've gone on vacation after he got beat by margarito but he chose to keep fighting and he beat a clottey who everyone avoids and now look at cotto. $15 million dollars and fighting the P4P fighter in the world.

Lmfao. In all seriousness though I did think Jenning's won that decision, another GIFT at MSG for Cotto.
