The solution for the raging boxing debate...

Floyd continues to claim he is the biggest draw, etc etc...here's the ultimate gambler's solution then...

Put Cotto-Pacman and PBF-Marquez on the same night...one in Vegas, the othe in NYC and have them both on Pay-Per-View... then see who draws more PPV buys. End of debate

So they can cannibalize off each other, hurting both? It would settle the debate, but I don't think either PPV would make near as much money.

Everybody loses then. This is not an option. Put Floyd in there with Shane and winners fight.

I've always wanted a questionaire given out at the gate (and when PPV's are purchased) that would allow the person spending the money to decide who they want to get it. I think that would settle it pretty well. And give the fans another reason to buy PPV's. There are some people I just refuse to give my money to, and Mayweather is one of them. I'd love to see the fight, but simply won't put money in "Money's" pocket, ever again.

OBVIOUSLY it is not a realisitic proposition...of course they wouldnt do it...but they wouldnt do it because they would want to lose money....but it WOULD decide who the bigger draw is if they were to do it..its a very clear idea: You have a choice of the two fights...you pick the one you want to see...whoever gets more is officially the bigger draw...

Aside from the popularity contest, since I believe 99.9% of the posters here would attempt to see both (either at bar or illegal stream.....etc) the Pac vs

Cotto is a much more casual boxing fan friendly fight. Both are primarily offensive fighters who think of defense second and have shown a willingness to take more risk than PBF or JMM.

Again nothing against PBF or JMM I'm gonna watch their fight to but just the general appeal of the Pac-Cotto fight is much greater.

Cotto vs Pac = 2 Bulls fighting

PBF vs JMM = 2 Matadors fighting. They need a foil, a bull if you will to truly enthrall the casual fan and to really show their command of boxing skills sets i.e. PBF vs Hatton and JMM vs Juan Diaz.

              Truth no Hate.

Well IF.....IF Fedor vs Lesnar is on the same date then it will severely hurt PBF's PPV buys.
