The 160 pound division has been a wasteland for more then a decade now, I really don't think the division has been hot since the early to mid 90's.

      Agreed, Middleweight is garbage.

Pavlik is in the BIN OF DISGRACE at the moment and Sturm just sits in Germany getting 7 figure pay days against bums. Worst division in boxing.

The Ghost vs. The Punisher. That's the only chance the middleweight division has in the foreseeable future.

Unfortunately for some reason Paul has no chance at a fight with Pavlik.

Bob Arum hates Paul Willaims and Al Haymon (Paul Williams manager), also there is really not enough money in it to really make Arum get over his hatred.

And that's the problem with the sport. The best should be forced to fight the best.

It is what it is, I just enjoy the fights that actually take place and try not to get to caught up about thinking about great fights that are very difficult to make happean.

I can't wait till Gennady Golovkin reachs the top.

Pavlik will be goe but Sturm will be there.

At least super middleweight and welterweight are full of awesome fights.
