I can't give a specific number, but he's in the top 30 I would think, no lower than top 40. His natural talent would allow him to give anyone a fight.

Maybe in the top 25, not much a jump at all. No disrespect to Cotto, I just don't think that a Cotto win elevates him so much considering the majority expect him to win and Cotto is one of the few top level welterweights Pac would be a favorite against.

Unless he destroys Cotto, that would be a different story but I don't see that happening.

why would Manny defend his title if he was doing tougher than defending his title. fighting great champions in higher weights. like he did against Diaz who was a lightweight champ and Hatton who was a lineal champion in a jr welterweight. now he is fighting Cotto who is a welterweight champion. fighting bigger guys in a title fight in higher division is tougher than defending his title.

you think fighting Bradley in a jr welterweight is tougher that Cotto? he'd destroy Bradley.
