if he fought & beat cotto & shane at 147 then u can make a case for top 10.

He's easily top 30 right now. if he beats cotto top 20, 25 depends on the fight & how cotto looks.

If he beats Mayweather or Mosley @ 147, he's top 10 for me.

Pacquiao v. Mayweather..........hmm. Floyd will fight small guys, so this could happen. Pacquiao is ATG but he needs to be cautious about moving up just for the money. I fear for him at WW (assuming that's where it happened). Clearly Pac is #1 p4p though.

you are entitled to your opinion, but most people would agree that pacquiao is higher than morales in any list.
